The building was built in 2020. Located in the city center, on the main pedestrian street. All premises have their own entrance from the street.
Part of the building is occupied by the Sillamäe City Market. The interior of the market was designed by an iminite Estonian designer. The market is equipped with the latest technology: multi-level LED lighting, background music, each shopping place has its own sink with hot and cold water, a showcase, the Internet and much more.
